The 2026 Collinsville EDC Strategic Business Plan

In order to streamline a continuous plan for economic development in Collinsville, the CEDC Board has engaged the assistance to draft and adopt a Comprehensive Strategic Business Plan. Based on feedback from surveys, stakeholder meetings and business owner collaboration, the CEDC Board has finalized the Plan. The CEDC Board, on March 24th, 2026 approved and adopted the Comprehensive Strategic Business Plan. On April 20th, 2026 the City of Collinsville City Council, also approved the Plan. The next steps will include mapping out a strategical implementation plan and timeline for each Goal, breaking down strategies for the next 10+ years.
